FAQ

What's the difference between plans?

The main difference is the participant limit. Each plan allows a different number of participants.

What counts as a participant?

The participant count is the monthly total of people who accessed your event pages. Note that counts are per event, so the same user joining multiple events counts multiple times.

What if the same person joins multiple events?

If the same participant joins multiple (separate) events, they are counted multiple times. For example, if user A joins both runs of an event held twice, the participant count is 2.

What happens if I exceed the participant limit?

If you exceed the limit, you can't create new event pages for the rest of the month. Existing events are unaffected. Upgrade your plan, or wait for the count to reset on the first of the next month.

Can I pay per event or monthly?

You can choose monthly or yearly billing. There is no single-event plan.

What payment methods are available?
